Welcome to Sweet Peek, LLC. By booking and using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
Sweet Peek, LLC offers elective 2D, 3D, 4D, and HD ultrasound sessions, gender reveals, and event services. These are non-diagnostic and are intended for bonding and entertainment purposes only.

2. Medical Disclaimer
Our ultrasounds are not a substitute for medical care. Clients must continue regular prenatal care with their licensed healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.

3. Booking & Payments

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• Payments are due at the time of service.
• Accepted payments: Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, HSA/FSA.
• We do not accept personal checks.
  
  

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

5. Release of Liability
Clients must sign a Release of Liability Waiver prior to the session. By booking, you acknowledge that Sweet Peek, LLC is not liable for medical outcomes or undetected conditions.

6. Photography & Event Services
If photos or videos are included in your package, they are provided for personal use only. Sweet Peek, LLC reserves the right to use non-identifiable promotional images with client consent.

7. Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once completed. Refunds are only considered in cases of service cancellation by Sweet Peek, LLC.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
